Higashi-Kitazawa: Uchimura Egyptian Deli Shop

This inconspicuous delicatessen in Higashi-Kitazawa specializes in Egyptian dishes, and the Cairean take on the falafel, made with bright green broad beans rather than chickpeas, makes for an interesting alternative.
