5 to try: Falafel, Part 2

Shirokane-Takanawa: David’s Deli

This deli’s Israeli chef prepares food from his native country, as well as homely Jewish cooking, which have further Eastern European influences. The falafel is made with herbs imported from Israel and tastes like the genuine article. The deli’s pita bread sandwich is simple, filled with falafel and salad, and topped with a tahini sauce, making for an aromatic and scrumptious snack.
